Delivery Policy

General Information


Due to fluctuations in exchange rates, the currency exchange rate on the order date may differ from that on the customs clearance date. Orders with amounts very close to the duty-free threshold may incur customs duties and other taxes (D&T) as a result of exchange rate variations.  


We kindly recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm whether these items can be imported and whether any additional licenses or permits are required.

Shipping


The estimated delivery dates provided by PicoLabb represent average shipping times. However, certain orders may experience extended transit periods due to unforeseen complexities beyond PicoLabb’s control, such as delays in air freight, customs inspections, or other circumstances.  



SF Express: No duties or taxes apply; no additional payment is required upon delivery.

Shipping Policy: Logistics and Delivery


Under normal circumstances, we require 3 working days to prepare your order for shipment. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide an estimated delivery date and notify you via email.  


Overseas orders may take 4-7 working days for delivery.  


Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

PicoLabb offers delivery to most regions worldwide. Please take note of our shopping and delivery terms:  


1. All delivery services are facilitated through designated courier companies.  


2. Delivery addresses must not be P.O. Box numbers. Please provide a detailed shipping address and contact number. Should an item be returned to us due to an incomplete address, refusal by the recipient, repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, or other reasons, we will notify you via email regarding the matter.  


3. We will endeavor to deliver overseas orders within 4-7 working days of confirmation and will inform you of the estimated delivery date via email. The final delivery time for overseas orders may be subject to various factors, such as customs clearance procedures. Depending on local tariff policies, customers may be responsible for any associated costs.  


4. When placing an order, please ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g., restrictions on prohibited items or liquid products such as PicoSilver, iFresh, etc.). Should the ordered products fail to clear local customs, we will make every effort to assist you in addressing import and sales regulations to minimize additional losses.  


5. During peak holiday seasons, high shipping demand may lead airlines to adjust surcharges. For any inquiries regarding shipping fees or refunds, please contact the respective transportation company directly.
